Tim Beckenhauer

Owner and COO of Ridgeline Exteriors

I am extremely excited to introduce you to Ridgeline Exteriors and hope your experience with us makes you a part of our family.

Tim Beckenhauer

Ridgeline Exteriors was established when Co-owner Matt Manary and I saw the need for an exterior contracting company that values relationships, community and problem solving.  Our goal at Ridgeline Exteriors is to provide superior quality, professionalism, integrity and communication to each and every homeowner that trusts us to complete their exterior renovation.  At Ridgeline Exteriors, we look at each home exterior as an opportunity to solve a problem.  Whether that problem is recent storm damage, normal wear and tear or just time for a refresh; we know that if we can help solve the problem, we’ll gain a new friend.

Along with that, we strive to create an environment where our employees achieve whatever measure of success they desire, while supporting them to become leaders in our community.

I grew up in Broken Bow, NE where I learned the value of community, honesty and hard work.  I saw on a daily basis that your word is your bond, you do what you say you’re going to do and above all, you treat people as you would want to be treated.

Professionally, I was a Police Officer with the City of Kearney for 15 years.  This is where I learned the value of community and grew a love for helping people solve problems.  During this time I married my wife Leah and we created a family that includes my son Trevor and daughter Alayna.  My wife and I both attended UNK and my children attended KPS so our roots in Kearney run deep.

Following my time with KPD, I became a salesman with a roofing company where I began learning the home exteriors business.  I eventually became the Sales & Territory Manager where I led a sales & production team.  For the last 8 years or so my team and I have helped over 4,000 homeowners throughout South Central, Central and Western Nebraska.

Co-Owner and CEO of Ridgeline Exteriors

It is our privilege to serve you.

Matt Manary

I’m Matt Manary, co-owner and CEO of Ridgeline Exteriors.  I was born and raised in Sutherland Nebraska which is where I began my construction industry experience and learned the value of hard work.  Growing up in a small western Nebraska town, I have always valued having a sense of community and I understood the importance of honesty, integrity, and serving others from a very early age.

After high school, I spent several years learning various trades in the construction industry, including framing, concrete, siding, windows, roofing, flooring, and drywall. I gained valuable knowledge, with my experience in the industry spanning over 15 years. During this time, I developed a passion for roofing and learned this industry from the ground up, including roof installation, estimates and products.

I moved to Kearney in 1996 and my life experiences led me to pursue a career in law-enforcement. I set out with the goal to become a police officer.  I was hired by the Kearney Police Department in 1998 and graduated from the Nebraska Law Enforcement Training Center as a certified police officer in March 1999. I served the Kearney community as a police officer for five years. In 2004 I was promoted to investigator, a position in which I served an additional five years. My experience with KPD is one of the most valued in my lifetime, reinforcing the importance of community and my passion for serving others.

During my time in Kearney, I met my wife, Stacey and we have been married for 25 years. We are proud to call Kearney home and to have raised our daughter, Carsyn and son Easton in this community.

For the past 9 plus years, I have been employed as a roofing consultant, expanding my knowledge in the industry and servicing customers across the state of Nebraska, as well as nationwide. I specialized in both residential and commercial roofing sales and received the top salesman award 6 of my 9 years. Most importantly, I was able to combine my passion for serving people and my knowledge of the industry to make a difference in the customer experience.

My partner, Tim Beckenhauer, and I have worked together since 1999, both in law-enforcement, and in the roofing industry. We began this company with a customer first mindset, dedicated to providing well trained roofing experts that are here to serve each customer to the best of our abilities. Ridgeline Exteriors values relationships, community, and problem-solving. It is our mission to provide superior quality, professionalism and high level communication. We are a family and team oriented company that strives to serve our customers and employees with honesty, integrity and respect.  It is our privilege to serve you.

Michael Graves

I’m Michael Graves, a Roofing Consultant with Ridgeline Exteriors. I look forward to working with homeowners on their roofing, gutter, or siding projects.  Whether it’s an exterior refresh you want, or damage needing to be replaced after a storm, I pride myself on walking you through each process step by step to make it the clear and simple process that you deserve.

I grew up in Aurora, NE working for my dad that owned his own residential construction business.  While in high school and while attending UNK, I continued to work with him to grow my knowledge of all parts of residential construction.

Professionally, I worked as an insurance agent for 10 years after graduating from UNK.  After my insurance career, I began working in the roofing industry for the last 5 years prior to starting my new career with Ridgeline Exteriors.  I’m currently a member and past President of the Kearney Noon Rotary Club since 2008, and have been a member and past Vice President of the Platte Valley Professionals Chapter of BNI for the last 5 years.

My wife Stephenie and I have lived in Kearney since 2004.  We have a son and daughter, and love camping with them on the weekends or vacationing together on a beach.

With every homeowner, I bring all my prior knowledge of construction, my insurance agent history, and my last 5 years of roofing industry knowledge to make sure I am the expert consultant that you deserve on your project.

I look forward to working with all of my future customers; until then, be the light in someone’s darkness!

Justin Thorman

Hi (insert rural single hand steering wheel waive here), I’m Justin Thorman! My love and passion for my “fly over” state, coupled with the farm and ranch communities, runs deep. I grew up in Gothenburg, Nebraska and following graduating from the University of Nebraska at Kearney, I have spent a majority of my life living and working in Kearney and rural Buffalo County. Yet, I often refer to many places in central Nebraska as “Home”. Prior to my work in the roofing industry, I proudly served our communities as a full time Buffalo County Sheriff’s Deputy for over 15 years.

I have made it my absolute mission to be the exact opposite of the negative side of the roofing industry, and be exactly what you, your family, your friends, and your properties need! I also have enough humility to recognize my weaknesses; meaning that if I can’t be the answer for your needs, I will do everything in my power to guide you to someone who can be. Regardless of homeowners doing business with me personally or not, my goal and focus is to provide as much information for your roofing process as I can, answer as many questions as you have, and prevent people from falling victim to predatory/fraudulent roofing companies.

My admiration for my neighbors, love of communities, and past life experiences have all led me to my deep sense of serving people with pride, integrity, and being the calm, in the storm. When I’m not working, I love traveling with my wife, visiting the healing waters of Harlan Co. Reservoir, hunting, fishing, riding motorcycles, helping with the Nebraska Special Olympics, and serving on our local CASA Board.

What I’ve learned in this field is Roofing Companies are a dime a dozen, some great, some terrible…at the end of the day, your roofing project is only as good as the person that’s with you and your home from start to finish. So choose wisely and reach out for help if you’re unsure about something. I look forward to working with all of my future customers; until then, be the light in someone’s darkness!

Hugs, Not Drugs!

Roofing Consultant

Helping others has always been a passion & top priority of mine, in whatever capacity I’m able to.

Nolan Kegley

I’m Nolan Kegley, Roofing Consultant for Ridgeline Exteriors. I was born and raised in rural Kearney, NE on a row-crop farm where I learned the value of hard work, honesty, and that your handshake is more important than a contract. I attended KHS and continued on to obtain an Ag Business degree from Hastings CCC. I’ve worked in agriculture, automotive, and construction roles throughout my career, but eventually found my calling in the exteriors restoration business.

My goal in this industry is to be better than your last contractor, and hopefully the last contractor you will ever call. I joined Ridgeline Exteriors with one request: to let me help my customers the way they deserve to be serviced. Helping others has always been a passion & top priority of mine, in whatever capacity I’m able to. Being a roofing consultant enables me to help homeowners navigate through their entire insurance claim or exterior remodel process from the initial inspection up to the final one. I truly value each and every customer relationship I’ve made so far and look forward to the ones I’ll be lucky enough to make in the future.

My family and I now live just outside of Kearney. My wife and I met in college and married in 2018. We have 3 daughters and 1 son, ranging from ages 11 – 1. We stay busy! But we love spending time with them and are thankful for Ridgeline’s family-friendly work culture. If you can’t find us, we are usually lost on the lake or mountain with our closest family and friends boating or skiing.

Whether it’s storm damage, normal wear and tear, or home updates, I look forward to working side-by-side with each and every one of my customers to achieve the end result they envision.
